CLEVELAND, OH, May 15, 2005 – Merrymeeting®, Inc. (MMI) is pleased to announce that Kinko’s® is the newest addition to its Affinity Network, a group of preferred vendors providing discounts and specials services to franchisees of MMI’s three subsidiaries: Frontier Adjusters®, ProSpection® and Maids to Order®. “Our franchisees will receive substantial discounts on Kinko’s print services across the United States,” stated Kylene Golubski, Vice President of Business Development. “In addition, we will be using Kinko’s DocStore technology to enable franchisees to customize and print corporate-designed marketing materials at their local Kinko’s branch. FedEx Kinko’s is a world-class organization and we are delighted to partner with them to provide both express mail services and document reproduction services to our franchisees.” Affinity Network vendors are pre-screened by MMI’s corporate staff for quality, service and pricing. The objective is to leverage the buying power of MMI’s nearly 800 franchised units to negotiate price discounts on products and services that help the franchisees reduce costs and/or operate more efficiently. In return, Affinity Network vendors are advertised and endorsed to MMI’s franchisees via its protected intranets, email and admittance to its annual franchisee conventions. Additional Affinity Network vendors include FedEx®, Nextel®, Enterprise®, Viking Office Products®, Proforma® and ADP®. There are currently more than 20 vendors in the MMI Affinity Network.
