CLEVELAND, OH, June 29, 2005– Frontier Adjusters®, Inc. has announced its annual franchisee convention will be held at the Grosvenor Resort in Orlando, Florida, on October 16-18, 2005. Record breaking franchisee attendance is expected due to the number of exciting initiatives to discuss, and the wide range of activities available for spouses and children. “Frontier continues to grow and improve, and has made great strides in both technology and marketing this year,” stated John Davies, CEO. “We are excited to communicate these accomplishments in Orlando and celebrate our successes, while presenting our goals and objectives for the coming year.” The convention agenda includes corporate presentations, two guest speakers and interactive break-out sessions among the regional Frontier cooperatives. The Home Office will also meet with Frontier’s new Franchisee Council, a representative group of franchisees formed to help corporate management better understand franchisees’ business operations and implement improvements. “With nearly 800 offices across the country, this is a great opportunity for us to meet face-to-face with our franchisees and get to know them better on a personal level,” stated Davies. “We truly look forward to this event every year.” Frontier will not only focus on the achievements of the entire company, but will look to highlight the accomplishments of individual franchisees as well.
