 Merrymeeting, Inc (MMI) acquired Maids to Order, Inc. on July 30, 2004. We subsequently changed the Company's name to MTOClean to reflect our commitment to developing a full line of residential and commercial cleaning services. MTO is a franchisor of residential and commercial cleaning services and currently has franchised locations in 20 states. Our objective is to develop the Company into a large, national franchise system that provides a broad range of residential and commercial cleaning services.
