We are seeking acquisition opportunities that meet the following criteria:
  • Service oriented franchise systems with a proven concept (typically at least 20 franchised locations).
  • The business is capable of generating annual earnings before interest, income taxes, amortization and depreciation (EBIDA) of $1,000,000 or more within 5 years.
  • The business is headquartered in the U.S. and the bulk of its’ franchised operations are in North America.
  • The implementation of our business processes would benefit the existing franchisees and facilitate the sale of additional franchised locations.
