| Marathon Technology Services Signs Up an Exclusive ‘VIPSuite’ Reseller Partner |

CLEVELAND, OH, June 27, 2008 – Marathon Technology Services, LLC.,(MTS), a Cleveland, Ohio-based technology company, has entered into an agreement with ScoopVIP, LLC.(SVIP) which grants SVIP the exclusive rights to resell MTS’s ‘VIPSuite for Private Clubs and Land Developers’ hosted application suite. The signing of the reseller agreement follows closely on the heels of the signing of a technology assignment agreement between the two companies. “Our strategy as a company is to develop industry-specific integrated application ‘suites’ based on today’s ‘best of breed’ open source technologies and resell the suites ourselves or through partners such as SVIP,” stated Steve Mueller, President of MTS. “We’re very excited because we have found a unique partner in SVIP that provides us with both the technology ‘foundation’ to expedite the development of a new application suite as well as the know-how, experience and contacts within the industries that we are building the application for; SVIP is truly a natural fit for us and uniquely qualified to be an exclusive reseller partner.” Although the private club and land developer industries are, for the most part, mature markets, they are not when it comes to technology,” stated Heidi Voss, President of SVIP. “Because of this and the knowledge I have gained working as a marketing consultant within these markets, I strongly believe an opportunity exists for someone to become the dominant provider of technology applications and services within these markets.
