Sunbelt Territories Sold Out in Eleven Regions Print E-mail

CLEVELAND, OH, June 18, 2008 – Sunbelt®, the world’s largest franchised network of business brokers, is pleased to announce that it has recently sold out franchised territories in eleven regions across the United States. These territory sales have expanded Sunbelt’s U.S. footprint to 48 states.

The new territory owners are: Jason Evans, Alaska; Dale Pretz, Delaware; Maurie Cashman, Eastern Iowa; Roger Hutson, Western Iowa; Randy Browning, Kansas (excluding Kansas City) and Western Oklahoma; Frank Haverkamp, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana and Western South Dakota; and Ed Pendarvis and Tom Conroy, Eastern and Southern South Carolina.

With these newly licensed territories, Sunbelt has sold all franchised territories in 15 states.
