| MTOclean® Pledges to Begin Cleaning For a Reason™ |

CLEVELAND, OH, May 30, 2007 – MTOclean® Inc. is proud to announce its recent partnership with the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation. This newly formed nonprofit offers free, professional housecleaning services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer. As an approved partner, participating MTOclean offices will now provide a basic clean package to patients who apply in their service area. “At some point in our lives we have all been either directly or indirectly affected by cancer. When life is overcome with doctors appointments, insurance paperwork and medical bills, the last thing you want to worry about is how you’re going to keep your home clean,” stated Kylene Golubski, VP of Business Development for the MTOclean Corporate Office. “This is an opportunity for our offices to provide some relief to local women in need, and many of our Owners are eager to participate.” Cleaning for a Reason was founded in 2006 by Debbie Sardone, owner of a professional cleaning service in Lewisville, Texas. Currently over 300 cleaning services throughout the United States and Canada have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, helping over 600 patients in less than two years of operation. Requests for free cleaning services are made through the Cleaning for a Reason website and call center, and women are matched with local companies to receive one free clean per month, for four months.
