ROCHESTER, NY, March 28, 2008 – Frontier Adjusters, a provider of independent claims adjusting services for more than 50 years, is pleased to announce Russell L. Mills has joined the Frontier network. Russ will be taking over ownership of the Rochester, New York office.

Russ is a skilled adjuster that has over 27 years of experience in the industry as a multi-line adjuster. During the majority of his time working in the insurance field, Russ held supervisory positions including Senior Claims Examiner and Branch Manager for Aetna Casualty and Surety. Russ also spent some time working for RMSCO, Inc., CCMSI, and Gallagher Bassett.

Russ stays active in the claims industry by being a member of the Syracuse Claims Association. He is also a member of the New York State Association of Self-Insured Counties.

When Russ isn’t handling claims, he spends his time outdoors. Russ enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and bicycling. He also enjoys traveling. Russ resides in the Rochester area and has two grown sons.
