Merrymeeting Acquires Majority Interest in Computer Troubleshooters Print E-mail

CLEVELAND, OH, February 5, 2008 – Merrymeeting®, Inc. (MMI) recently acquired a majority interest in Computer Troubleshooters® International (CTI) and Computer Troubleshooters USA (CT USA). Computer Troubleshooters is the world’s leading computer service franchise with 500 franchised locations in more than twenty countries.

“MMI has provided management experience and other resources that have aided in the continued success of CT in the United States,” stated Chip Reaves, CEO and co-owner of CTI and CT USA. “I am confident that extending that relationship to CT International will only have the same positive impact.”

Merrymeeting began its relationship with Computer Troubleshooters in December 2006 when it acquired a one-third interest CT USA.
